Tyler Finn
Associate
Tyler Finn is a litigator of high-stakes civil and criminal disputes, with significant stand-up experience at every phase of litigation including trial. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in a diverse set of practice areas, including antitrust, breach of contract, civil rights, employment, intellectual property and inheritance disputes. Tyler takes an active role in every matter he litigates, has argued major motions to trial courts, and taken and defended dozens of depositions, often eliciting critical testimony.
Prior to joining Dynamis LLP, Tyler practiced commercial litigation at Susman Godfrey in New York. Tyler previously clerked for Judge Amalya Kearse of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Ronnie Abrams of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Tyler graduated with highest honors from Columbia Law School, where he served as an editor of the Columbia Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree with highest honors in Politics from Oberlin College. Before joining the legal profession, Tyler managed electoral observation missions throughout Latin America and the Caribbean for the Organization of American States. He is fluent in Spanish and has working knowledge of French.

Representative matters include:
Represented plaintiffs in antitrust class action against the National Football League that secured a $4.7 billion jury verdict;
Represented affordable housing developer in partnership dispute concerning the theft of tens of million dollars of equity;
Represented and obtained favorable settlement in inheritance dispute under Taiwanese law;
First-chaired pro bono trial victory in federal court case challenging conditions of confinement in Connecticut’s death row;
Secured favorable settlement for New York City teacher challenging discriminatory termination.
