Natalie Leonard serves as the firm’s Human Resources Director, bringing more than two decades of law‑firm HR leadership across multi‑office, multi‑state environments. She oversees all core HR functions for Dynamis, including employee relations, performance management, HR policy development & compliance, and talent acquisition. Known for her clarity, sound judgment, and steady guidance, Natalie has deep experience navigating complex employee matters, strengthening partner–associate communication, and building consistent HR frameworks that support organizational growth.

Natalie holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Bryant University and a BS in Business Administration from Providence College. Before joining Dynamis, she spent over 20 years leading employee relations, performance management, and HR administration at a global AmLaw 100 firm. She has also taught Human Resources Management as an adjunct professor at Providence College.
