In addition to handling general commercial litigation, he has expertise with disputes involving cryptoassets, securities, cannabis, gaming, RICO, and/or fraudulent transfers. Constantine also represents plaintiffs and defendants in an array of class actions, and he is adept at navigating Rule 23 (and state analogs) to maximize recoveries for plaintiffs or to minimize liability for defendants.
