Matthew Wagner is an analyst/paralegal at Dynamis. A 2025 graduate of Princeton University, majoring in the History & Philosophy of Science, Matthew brings a deep interest in the intersection of emerging technology, finance, and law to his role. Building on his foundation of independent research, Matthew contributes advanced writing, textual analysis, and evidentiary synthesis skills to case support and research projects for Dynamis. Matthew has prior experience supporting municipal and securities lawyers, which has helped him develop strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform under strict deadlines.

Along with these skills, Matthew’s previous roles have instilled strong translational skills, breaking down complex legal and financial concepts for clients and attorneys. Matthew also has experience in the food service industry, making him very comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles. This comfort allows him to balance client demands while simultaneously performing research and support duties.
