Dynamis was founded in 2023 on a simple conviction: clients facing the fight of their lives deserve litigators who do nothing else.
We are not a full-service firm with a litigation department. We are litigators — trial lawyers, former federal prosecutors, and appellate advocates — who chose to build a firm around the hardest problems in the law: white-collar criminal and regulatory defense, government investigations, and complex civil disputes, including the frontier of cryptocurrency and blockchain litigation.

Our partners have sat on both sides of the courtroom. Eric Rosen led the prosecution of Operation Varsity Blues as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Constantine Economides spent years on the team recovering billions for victims of the Madoff fraud. Our ranks include former federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York, the Southern District of Florida, the District of New Jersey, and the Northern District of Texas — lawyers who have tried fraud, securities, money laundering, and racketeering cases to verdict and argued more than fifty appeals.
